A Private Offering · LaGrange, Georgia
Southern grandeur,
without equal.
An extraordinary estate shaped by vision, craftsmanship, and a devotion to timeless entertaining.
A vision ten years
in the making.
First conceived by Emmett D. Hart in 1990, The Hart House began as an ambitious vision for a residence of uncommon scale, permanence, and presence.
Hart spent six years working with Smith Design Company to shape the plans. With the design completed in 1996, master builder Ben H. Parham devoted the next four years to bringing that vision to life—culminating in the completed residence in 2000.
European crystal, Italian marble, Brazilian cherry, Honduras mahogany, copper gutters, a slate roof, and monumental construction reveal a home created without compromise.
The investment required to create the estate reportedly exceeded twice its present offering price—a measure of the extraordinary resources committed to realizing Hart’s original vision.
