David stayed in touch. When they were ready to move, they listened to strategy even though the house wasn’t in tip-top shape. Coming soon campaign, priced under market value, presented right — four offers came in, three others walked away because they didn’t want to compete. The four that showed up pushed the sale well above list price. David got his clients into a new home in Opelika with a double closing. There are a lot of moving parts.
